Masteries offers general knowledge paths by category, mastery tiers, exams, news questions and game modes.

3. Account

You sign in with your email address: a code is sent to you each time. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Edit my information → Delete account).

If you are under 15, ask a parent before creating an account or subscribing.

5. Subscription

6. Content

Questions are written from published sources and checked against an editorial charter. Mistakes remain possible: you can report a question from its correction screen, and we fix it if needed. News questions are prepared with the help of an artificial intelligence tool, then reviewed and published by the publisher, who is responsible for them. The content is meant for learning and entertainment; it does not replace professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The questions, texts, illustrations, and the Masteries name and logo belong to the publisher or to their authors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app. You may not copy, extract or reuse the content, in whole or in part, without written permission.

8. Fair use

You agree not to misuse the app: getting around its limits or purchases, extracting its content by automated means, disrupting how it works, or sending abusive reports. In case of breach, the publisher may suspend or delete the account concerned.

9. Availability and liability

The publisher does its best to keep the app running without interruption but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, updates or a provider's outage may interrupt it. The publisher may change the content and features. Its liability is limited to direct damage caused by a breach of these terms.

10. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy, available in the app (Profile) and on its App Store and Google Play page.

11. Changes to these terms

The publisher may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version; if the change is significant, you will be told in the app.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first write to contact@masteries.app to look for an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those provided by law.
